Ingrédients :
- 8 cooked beetroot
- 1 red onion
- 1 small handful of oregano (preferably fresh)
- 1 punnet raspberries
- Red wine vinegar
- Slices of goats cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Slice the beetroot and chop the onion
- Mix together with the oregano, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
- Garnish with the goats cheese and raspberries
- Serve cold
