- 1 red onion
- 1 small handful of oregano (preferably fresh)
- 1 punnet raspberries
- Red wine vinegar
- Slices of goats cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper

- 200g cooked beetroot
- 150g whipped cream
- 1 dessert spoon balsamic vinegar
