"Cultivons nos saveurs !"

· Goat’s cheese and Betterav’in millefeuille ·

Ingrédients :

  • 1 packet of Betterav’in
  • 1 sliced bread string
  • 1 fresh goat’s cheese
  • 100 g fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Chop 2/3 of the drained betravines in a blender.
  • Mash the goat’s cheese in a bowl with the olive oil, chopped coriander, salt and pepper.
  • Add the chopped beetroot and mix well.
  • Cut the remaining Betterav’in into thin slices and arrange the millefeuilles on the toast, alternating the goat’s cheese with the slices of Betterav’in (see photo).
  • Keep chilled and enjoy as an aperitif.
