Ingrédients :
- 1 packet of Betterav’in
- 1 sliced bread string
- 1 fresh goat’s cheese
- 100 g fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Method
- Chop 2/3 of the drained betravines in a blender.
- Mash the goat’s cheese in a bowl with the olive oil, chopped coriander, salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped beetroot and mix well.
- Cut the remaining Betterav’in into thin slices and arrange the millefeuilles on the toast, alternating the goat’s cheese with the slices of Betterav’in (see photo).
- Keep chilled and enjoy as an aperitif.
