Ingrédients :
- 130 g vacuum-packed cooked chickpeas
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60ml milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 2 spoonfuls finely chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Blend all the ingredients (in a blender) until smooth.
- Serve with vegetable sticks (carrots, cucumbers, endives, etc.).
