Ingrédients :

  •  130 g vacuum-packed cooked chickpeas
  •  1 clove of garlic
  •  60ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  •  2 spoonfuls finely chopped coriander leaves

Method

  • Blend all the ingredients (in a blender) until smooth.
  • Serve with vegetable sticks (carrots, cucumbers, endives, etc.).
