"Cultivons nos saveurs !"

Ingrédients :

  • 300g vacuum-packed cooked lentils
  •  4 eggs
  •  1 small red onion
  •  3 slices smoked salmon
  •  1 avocado (or cucumber)
  • 1 handful rocket (or lamb’s lettuce)
  • 1/2 lime or lemon
  •  1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Method

  •  Bring a small pan of salted water to the boil, then cook the eggs for 10min for boiled eggs or 5min for soft-boiled eggs (if you prefer to keep the yolk runny).
  • Peel and chop the red onion. Dice the avocado and sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent oxidation. Mince the smoked salmon.
  •  Mix all the ingredients together, drizzling with lemon juice if you like. Serve each plate with an egg (if soft-boiled, cut up at the last minute).
