"Cultivons nos saveurs !"

· Chocolate and beetroot fondant ·

Ingrédients :

  • 200g dark chocolate
  •  200g raw (or cooked) beetroot
  •  3 eggs
  •  80g brown sugar
  •  80g flour
  •  1/2 sachet baking powder
  •  40g butter
  •  1 pinch of salt

Method

  •  Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 5). Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Remove from the heat and add the butter. Mix well.
  •  Beat the eggs and brown sugar in a bowl, then add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  •  Add the chocolate and mix again.
  •  Grate the beetroot (or purée if cooked) and add to the mixture.
  •  Pour the mixture into a tin and bake for 45 minutes.
  •  Ready to serve
