Ingrédients :

  • 4 cooked beetroot
  • Flour, salt and pepper
  • Frying oil

Method

  • Heat oven to 150°C
  • Cut beetroot into thin slices then coat with flour
  • Plunge them into the hot oil
  • Strain then add salt and pepper
  • Put in oven for a few minutes to crisp up
